Centre: 北斎漫画六編 = Hokusai Manga Roku-hen = Hokusai Manga, Vol 6

Right: 文化丁丑新彫 = newly printed in the 丁丑 year of the 文化 era = newly printed in 1817

Left: 尾陽 東壁堂 東壁堂 is name of the printing house; 尾陽 is its location
