Help with Japanese translation

Can someone tell me what this print reads? I tried to figure it out using the kanji lookup feature of nihongodict, but failed miserably. Click the image for a larger view.

I came through your post on Chizumatic and saw this. Has your question ever been answered?
Centre: 北斎漫画å…ç·¨ = Hokusai Manga Roku-hen = Hokusai Manga, Vol 6
Right: 文化ä¸ä¸‘新彫 = newly printed in the ä¸ä¸‘ year of the 文化 era = newly printed in 1817
Left: 尾陽 æ±å£å ‚ æ±å£å ‚ is name of the printing house; 尾陽 is its location
